The task

The salon needs booking without calls or messaging, wherever clients prefer: on the website or right inside Telegram, with nothing to install. The owner needs to see every stylist's day, edit services and schedules, and know how much the salon earns.

What I built

  1. Booking in 4 steps: service → stylist or “any available” → date and time → name and phone
  2. Only truly free time is shown: schedules, days off, vacations, service length and booked hours
  3. Double-booking protection: even 10 simultaneous requests for the same time produce exactly one booking
  4. Telegram Mini App: the same site inside Telegram, native buttons, light and dark theme matching the user, phone number in one tap
  5. The bot confirms bookings, reports reschedules or cancellations and reminds clients 2 hours before the visit
  6. Admin panel: calendar by stylist, rescheduling and cancelling, services, schedules and vacations
  7. Stats: weekly bookings and revenue, average ticket, popular services, staff workload
  8. Three languages (UA / RU / EN), installable on a phone like an app, automated and security tests

Outcome

Clients book in a minute on the website or in Telegram and get a reminder, while the owner sees the whole salon in one panel and pays nothing for a booking service.
